Return Process

  Place the product in its original packaging including all cables, extra feet, and documentation to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship to Ninjutso

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
